We currently ship orders across India. Delivery availability for your location will be confirmed at the time of checkout. If delivery is not possible to your pin code, you will be notified before completing your order.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with the tracking details. You can track your order using the tracking ID on our courier partner’s website or through your GraminHat account.
If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the package/product.
Currently, we do not provide international shipping. Our services are limited to India.
